AURELIO ROSSO
It is obtained from
selected Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Franconia grapes which are then
matured in small oak barrels. It can accompany country courses of regional
cuisine, such as roasted meats, stewed white and red meats, game.
To be served at a temperature
of 16°-18° C, possibly decanting it.
CHARDONNAY BARRIQUE
With a straw-yellow
colour, the wine stems from the barriques fermentation of selected Chardonnay
grapes. It is a wine to be accompanied with important courses such as
fish, white meats, soups and cheeses.
To be served at 12° C.
